Jacqueline Smith was born in Surrey UK in 1945. \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\nshe migrated to Australia in1957, she was one of the £10 Poms on board MV Fairsea. \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\nshe became a Naturalised Australian in 1995. \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\nher interest in Chinese Watercolour painting began in 1988 until 2014 when she discovered Acrylics and Oil Impasto. \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\nshe paints large floral works on canvas, portraits and still lifes. She has many Silk Scrolls with her Chinese Watercolour Works. \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\nJacqueline has had many Group Exhibitions and 2 solo shows.
