ARTIST BIO

frimpong  kojo randy was born on March 23, 1986 in Kumasi . and  received his basic education  During his  school days, art was one of his best subjects. After completing his  secondary education  he then proceeded to Ghanatta college of art and design were he specialise in  fine arts painting and graphic designing as  aboy of a younger age were he began drawing with pencil,chacoal,drawing colours and many more. And  images and compositions often portray the Afro African contempory  way of life.



Kojo mainly in  acrylics  on canvas  using both the brushes and palette knifes. Range of paintings for his  works include markets scence, abstracts,semi abstract and landscapes, and are inspired by the natural way of Africa but also talks about people and places



His  paintings are characterized by rich and bright colors. They also emphasize all important composition values such as proportion and perspective. He always try to reveal the beauty of nature through women in my paintings, because they are as beautiful as nature.



Kojo philosophy  is that everyone should have the opportunity to appreciate and afford beautiful art, it can be print or original. A true talent whose star continues to shine brighter and brighter.  "To be excellent, to dare to be great at what I love to do, and to make a substantial contribution to the lives of people who are touched by my art is my dream. I take pride and pleasure in capturing the essence of a particular subject and manifesting it on canvas, knowing that it will last as an eternal memory."





He  believes in working hard to develop his art and creative talents; he says "he normally see everything as art as art is life His paintings are inspired by everyday life, market scenes in particular, and possess a still, restful quality, infusing abundant appeal. His mastery of colors is harmony, making his works part of collections inside and outside of Ghana.
